Closet Cleanout is a live closet sale platform that connects sellers and buyers for real-time online sales. Our website is closetcleanoutsale.com.

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you use our platform as a seller we also collect your payment handles (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App usernames) so buyers can pay you directly. We do not collect or store any financial account information or payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, process orders, connect buyers and sellers, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

Payments

All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers using third-party payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App). Closet Cleanout does not process, handle, or store any payment information. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding payments.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@closetcleanoutsale.com.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session on the platform. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

SMS Notifications

If you provide your phone number you may receive SMS notifications related to your orders and sales activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your account settings.

Children's Privacy

Closet Cleanout is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy
